Welcome to use this access control software (hereinafter referred to as "this Software"). Please read and fully understand this User Agreement before registering, logging in, or using this Software. Your use of this Software shall be deemed as your full acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.
This Software sends verification codes to your email address to achieve identity verification and access control functions. You agree that we may collect, store, and use your email information to provide the service and that we will take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information.
You confirm that your actions comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region, and you guarantee that the email you provide is genuine, valid, and owned by you personally. You shall not impersonate or use another person's email without authorization.
You shall properly safeguard your account and login information to prevent unauthorized use of your account;
You are prohibited from using this Software for any illegal activities or actions that infringe on the lawful rights of others;
You must not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this Software through technical means;
You agree to comply with the relevant usage rules of this Software and other applicable laws and regulations.
We respect and protect your privacy rights and will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent (unless otherwise required by law).
This Software and related content (including but not limited to software programs, texts, images, designs, etc.) are legally owned by our company or related rights holders. Without permission, you shall not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.
This Software shall not be liable for service interruptions or login failures caused by network failures, delays in sending verification codes, third-party service anomalies, or force majeure factors. We shall also not be responsible for losses caused by user behavior such as account or password leakage.
Our company reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time for reasonable reasons. Updates will be announced within the software. Your continued use will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should stop using this Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the user’s place of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a neutral arbitration institution recognized by both parties, or to the competent court where the user is located.
When you need to bind an access card, this Software will invoke your device’s camera to scan QR codes to realize the binding function. By authorizing this Software to access your camera, you agree to our collection and use of data scanned by the camera for this purpose. Please ensure you use the scanning function within legal scope and take responsibility for operations related to QR code scanning and card binding.
